Your conversation history, session data, and construct profile are stored on a private server controlled solely by HCAE™. This server is not shared with any third party.
Uploaded files are processed in-memory or temporarily stored for parsing. Files may be converted to text for AI analysis. Do not upload files containing highly sensitive personal, legal, medical, or financial data.
