Welcome to the Hyper-Contextual Authority Engine™ (“HCAE™”). By accessing or using this website, the associated portal, or any service operated under HCAE™, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the system.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this site, activating an HCAE™ portal, or interacting with any embedded AI system, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
• Accept all obligations and responsibilities contained herein

2. Description of Service

HCAE™ provides an AI-powered interface designed for communication, decision support, content generation, and operational assistance. This service routes your inputs through a proxy to third-party large language model providers, including but not limited to xAI.

The system may process text, metadata, and uploaded files in order to produce responses.

3. No Guarantee of Accuracy

AI-generated output may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or misleading. You acknowledge that:

• AI responses should not be treated as legal, medical, financial, or professional advice
• You are solely responsible for evaluating the accuracy and usefulness of all outputs
• HCAE™ is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind

4. No Guarantee of Uptime or Availability

Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, rate limiting, third-party API outages, or security events. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous or error-free operation
• Response time speed or availability
• Data retention in the event of system resets or outages

You agree that HCAE™ is not liable for losses resulting from downtime or unavailability.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the system for:

• Illegal or harmful activities
• Generating malicious, abusive, or unethical content
• Uploading files you do not have the right to share
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or bypass system protections

6. Confidentiality & Security

Although HCAE™ is engineered with privacy in mind, you acknowledge that:

• Your inputs are transmitted to third-party AI providers for processing
• No system can guarantee absolute security
• You should not upload highly sensitive personal, legal, medical, or financial data

7. Data Processing & Storage

Data may be processed by servers and APIs operated by external providers such as xAI. These systems may temporarily store or analyze your data to generate responses.

We do not sell your data. We do not provide your data to advertisers.

8. Intellectual Property

All branding, text, design, and proprietary logic underlying HCAE™ are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.

Users do not receive ownership of the system or the underlying technology.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HCAE™, its operators, and its affiliates are not liable for any damages resulting from:

• Use or inability to use the service
• Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated output
• Unauthorized access to transmissions
• Loss of data, profits, or business

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
